Edit 1/5/24 - connected with the owner and had a great exchange after my feedback was reviewed. Will leave the original feedback as an example of a business owner who is tuned with what's going on. There was some bad info on the sales floor and they took the opportunity to reset expectations with the staff. Truly caring about your customer experience will always win in my book. Thank you for listening and taking action to make this right! I will be coming back 😁 A+ They don't stand behind their products. If you get a bad vape or poor quality product they will blame it on you and say they are just a reseller, the risk is on you. Decent pricing but buyer beware, lots of other options locally that stand behind their products sold. For such a diluted market you think they would understand the impact to people getting bad products and make it good, I spent 15 mins talking with a manager who basically said too bad buddy, I won't be going back and will be sharing this feedback broadly. Not how you treat loyal customers. Check out cana provisions next door, insa, or neta, all stand behind their products without making you feel bad for receiving a poor quality item. .

I went into this experience super skeptical because I saw whole oz for just over a hundred bucks. Being in the industry before, I've seen and heard about rec and med bud that is old or far from the quality actually tested for lab results. I asked which strain has been getting the best feedback and the bud tender suggested an apple fritter cross. Great staff btw. I was pleasantly surprised with the looks/smell and the smoke was great. Would recommend!

A lot of times they got good deals going on with their prices on their strains and then there's sometimes they're terribly overpriced in the shop is pretty small compared to the one next door but I want to leave this dispensary off your bucket list because in a pinch it's a good shot to go to and the people who work there are pretty good at helping you find what's best for you

I've had better. The pre grounded flower was not that great and it has bits of stems inside it was packed 2 months ago and tested 9 months ago. Vaps carts we received werent filled to the brim either. The pre rolls weren't anything great either. I'll just stick with my regular weed man who has better quality or try some other place bc bud at this place was a waste.🤢

I come here rather often and I've noticed that 1. The THC is almost ALWAYS a lie. 2. Their prices are high on most products and therefore they'll sit for upwards of 8 months until they realize they're going to take a huge loss without a price drop and even then it's only 5 bucks, 10 max. 3. I've bought multiple 8ths and almost all of them come short or so dry that you might as well buy chafe. 4. I bought a good news disposable that exploded after 17 hits and dripped nasty oil all in my mouth. 5. Over all this dispensary is severely underwhelming which sucks because of the close proximity in my neighborhood, they should really value the customer more.

Not sure why they'd take down a name and number to have a manager call me back just to never have anybody call me back. My bf and I are 2 loyal customers who smoke an oz in 2 days 3 ozs a week consistently for years .maybe we're not even loyal customers anymore cause the service we've been getting lately from Holyoke is so disappointing .. . I'm in there all the time getting restocking on an oz but you guys have no problem misdescribing a high testing , high priced oz , selling that misdescribed oz and doing nothing about it besides saying you'll give my boyfriend a call and not doing that. Ew rude and gross customer service honestly. Walked out the door after paying 187$ for an oz that was supposed to be quality structure buds and a gassy profile (their words exactly) it was farmy smelling bud with the loosest nugs never have I ever seen such a loose yield be called quality structure I like high testing gassy profiles with tight dense nugs which is why I wanted to try something new like triple O after reading your very well off description you put whatever you want or should I said your marketing manager puts whatever they want. Don't call Holyoke expecting them to make things right they say they'll call you back and don't. They don't stay high here they stay lame. Literally the worst oz I've ever gotten from them I would've happily paid about ..105$ for this triple O oz after taxes not no 187 shwag bag I get 100-105$ ozs after taxes alot and have gotten way better stuff then this don't waste your money here getting ripped off! I smell bud here all the time also but I go there another time ask to smell a nonsealed strain and get a major attitude and they try saying they never let you smell strains here 😂 overpriced shwag bags here
